Implementing a tool like TransferChain Pass can effortlessly fortify a company’s security measures while enhancing productivity. Employees can safely stores and access their passwords through TransferChain Pass, providing both convenience and protection. In addition to strengthening security, TransferChain Pass contributes to smoother operations, allowing teams to quickly and securely share login information. The built-in Autofill feature, powered by machine learning, simplifies filling out forms and logging into websites. Its Password Generator saves time by creating strong and unique passwords effortlessly. Today more than 80% of data breaches are due to passwords. As cyber threats rise and data breaches become increasingly common, adopting a business password manager has become a vital step for any organization striving for security.
TransferChain Pass runs on a unique protocol that is quite more advanced than any legacy password management solution. TransferChain is here to provide impregnable security and privacy for your data. Furthermore, a TransferChain Pass provides administrators with enhanced control, featuring an Admin Console for policy and setting adjustments. Administrators also have access to tools that allow them to manage and assess activities, thereby improving visibility into the organization's security posture.
Business password managers streamline the handling of passwords, improving both security and efficiency, so employees can focus on their tasks without being bogged down by password-related disruptions. Although some password managers can appear complex, TransferChain Pass stands out with its user-friendly design and offers direct support through email and live chat for a smoother experience.
TransferChain Pass provides the utmost security and privacy for password management. To ensure this, we employ client-side & end-to-end encryption for every password, with encryption keys generated, derived, and encrypted entirely on the client-side. Passwords are also broken into pieces on the end-user device and securely distributed to the world’s safest data centers around the world. Our blockchain technology further reinforces user and password authorization, enhancing the overall security and immutability of your data. Learn more about our security architecture at www.transferchain.io/security Through TransferChain’s unique protocol, neither TransferChain nor any unauthorized third parties, be it potential bad actors or data centers, can access the user’s private and confidential data - at any given time.
TransferChain utilizes client-side encryption, meaning the data is encrypted with your own key, which never leaves your device. Before the data is transmitted, it is encrypted and then divided into small chunks (Bytes). These encrypted chunks are then sent to the world's most secure cloud services, such as Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, and Digital Ocean. Neither TransferChain nor the cloud providers can access or interpret any of your data - since it just consists of encrypted and split chunks. As TransferChain handles both the encryption and sharding processes on the client side, potential risks during the transit phase are largely mitigated. Furthermore, TransferChain does not have access to critical metadata, since this information is solely stored on the blockchain in an encrypted state with the user’s keys. Even if TransferChain were ever compromised, attackers would be unable to access our users' data, as we, as a company, do not have access to it at any point in time. Our customers maintain full ownership of their data, giving TransferChain an exceptional superiority over traditional solutions.
In TransferChain’s architecture, there are two types of data. The first is the actual ‘content’ (e.g., passwords, notes), which is processed through TransferChain’s unique protocol that employs client-side and end-to-end encryption. Each encrypted data (e.g. passwords or notes) is then split into chunks and distributed across the world’s most secure data centers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Digital Ocean), though this can be adjusted based on a business’s data residency preferences (Additional ‘Data Residency’ options are available for Enterprise customers). The second type of data is the 'metadata' associated with the creation and sharing of each password or note. This sensitive metadata is exclusively stored on the blockchain network, once again encrypted with the user’s private keys, thus preventing any potential unauthorized access. Without this metadata, the corresponding ‘content’ cannot be reconstructed, ensuring unmatched security and privacy for users. It is also important to note that no matter where the piece is stored, that piece becomes valueless without the rest of the pieces being reunited together. Thus, even if these data centers faced unauthorized access, your data would still be private.
